Returns / Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

* For health safety reasons, we can not accept returns on any liquid products
* All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
* All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
* An RMA number must be requested by Customer Service. Please write your RMA number visibly on the return box. In an effort to be environmentally conscious, please reuse the original box your order was shipped in.
* Please note that a 15% restocking fee and shipping will be assessed to all returned products, unless the return is because of a company error. Skin care and hair care products are not returnable.
* If a product is returned due to it being defective, we will THOROUGHLY TEST the product before issuing a refund. If the product is deemed to be NOT defective, the return will incur a 15% restocking fee. If you (customer) would like to keep the product, he/she must pay for the shipping costs both ways.

International Orders: Returns and exchanges are not accepted from foreign countries with the exception of Canada unless the return is because of a company error.

Original Orders Over $75: Refunds will be given on merchandise returned in full less the original shipping cost of the order.

Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.

Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please call us at 949-273-0019 within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim.

Cancelled Orders: Requests must be submitted before they are fulfilled to receive a full refund for the order including S&H.

Refused Items: A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed accordingly.

Returned to Sender: A S&H fee will be assessed unless it was the result of our carrier's error.

Missed Scheduled Delivery: A redelivery fee of the actual cost to ship the order may apply if reshipping is requested.

International Package Returns: A 15% restocking fee and any additional S&H will be assessed accordingly.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Instructions

1. Email or call our Customer Service department to obtain an RMA number for your return or exchange. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your return or exchange along with an attached Return/Exchange form.
2. Complete the Return/Exchange form and include it with the return.
3. In order to support environmental consciousness, please reuse the original box used to send your order.
4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
5. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation for all returns and exchanges. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.

Exchanges & Payment Refunds

Exchanges are processed within 7 business days and refunds in 14 business days. S&H charge is non-refundable. Allow at least one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately one billing cycle to post your refund. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.

Damaged or Missing Items

Note, we video record the packaging of all orders in an effort to prevent fraudulent claims. Claims for damaged items, missing items, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care by email or call: 877f-231-0485 Monday-Friday 9am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
